This site is the result of a conversation I had while at
the Commerce Casino
in December 2007. I was sharing some information about
a few of my
favorite restaurants while waiting for a Texas Hold'em tournament. My
new friends enjoyed what I had to say so much, that they suggested
that I should put this information online.
That night I went home and started writing out some
ideas for this site. What you see here is the evolution of those ideas.
I will share many of my favorite subjects with you.
