This will be my 1st time attending the
Sacramento Lindy Exchange, but I'm sure it's going to be a great
time.
This is the 6th Sacramento Lindy Exchange. It has a proud
tradition as one of the best Lindy Hop events in Northern
California with its line up of great bands that rarely play in
Northern California as well as local bands that just make you
want to swing out! This year is no exception.
Join us March 20th – 22nd for a weekend of amazing music and
dancing as we bring back Jonathan Stout’s Campus Five featuring
Hillary Alexander to headline the exchange on Saturday night.
Last year the Campus Five absolutely tore the roof off the
exchange so don’t miss out! We’ve also booked one of
Sacramento’s favorite local bands “Dr. Bach and the Jazz
Practitioners” to play Friday night.
Both Friday and Saturday nights evening dances are held in
the beautiful Eastern Star Ballroom built in the 1920s featuring
a 6000 square foot dance floor that is sprung and very fast.
You’ll have plenty of room to dance the night away!
