SCHEDULE
4:00 pm - All guest arrive
Check in, sign waivers etc …
5:00 - Hors d’oeuvres
Italian bruschetta with toasted procuitto ham, tomato, basil, parmesan
Seared scallops, with grape seed oil, served on crispy soprasota salami
Stuffed mushrooms, three cheeses, lemon and chives, spinach
Baked brie with organic honey and pine nuts, on pumpernickel
6:00 - Dinner
Garden salad (lots of cool veggies and spring mix) with bleu cheese, ranch and Italian dressings
Grilled vegetables
Confetti mashed potatoes (sweet and red, with garlic, cream and butter)
Chicken breast with fresh orange glaze
Salmon with sesame, dill and lemon marinade
Cheesy garlic bread (harvest wheat, olive rosemary)
Almond joy coconut cookies, homemade chocolate chunk cookies and dark chocolate brownies
